Job Description

The Software Engineering Project Leader will lead the software development team in the software design of wireless infrastructure systems. This is a role for someone who has hands-on development experience as well as team leadership/project management experience. Travel is 15%.

Qualifications

• BSEE, BSCE, or BSCS
• 2+ years of software project management
• 5 years Microsoft platform experience doing C/C++ Win32 API programming
• 3 years OO design and analysis experience
• 3 years C# experience
• Microsoft .NET MSMQ experience
• Microsoft .NET framework Winforms programming experience
• 2 years Embedded Windows XP experience
• Requirements creation, design, and test documentation experience
• Understanding of multi-processor and multi-threaded applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Rational ClearCase and Clearquest is a plus
• CMM is a plus
• IP and P25 protocols experience is a plus

Compensation:  70 - 100K
