A leading International Test and Measurement solutions firm. This is a high visibility role with an industry leader.
- As our Field Sales Manager based in Sao Paulo or Rio De Janeiro, Brazil you will have responsibility for selling our client's Service Assurance products to customers in Brazil.
- You will represent the company to the customer/reseller in all sales-oriented activities.
- The selected candidate will Identify, focus, grow and develop the major accounts and segments, as well as develop and implement the territory sales strategy.
- Will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer contacts and senior level customer relationships.
- This job requires a medium frequency of travel and sales calls within Brazil and Latin America including face-to-face and phone meetings, developing detailed business plans.
- Key functions will be to coordinate technical demonstrations and actively maintain customer information in a provided contact management tool.
- Execution of sales strategies to achieve business plan/revenue goals and expand market penetration will be expected.
- The selected candidate should be technically adept to engage customers in the sales activity of high-level products and services.
- Travel 20%.
Job Description
- BS, technical or science preferred.
- MBA desirable.
- 10 years experience in the Brazilian market.
- Demonstrable track record of performance selling complex systems.
- Existing relationships with carriers in Brazil.
- Experience in other countries a plus.
- Portuguese: Native.
- English: Fluent.
Qualifications
Compensation: 90 - 120K plus commissions
