- Submitting applications and other assets to carriers.
- Tracking the status of all submitted skus.
- Creating a report of sku status and troubleshooting any fails.
- Verifying the completeness of each submission package.
- Testing the carrier WAP portal to ensure product is available.
Job Description

The Submissions Coordinator is responsible for submitting product to carriers. They are also required to ensure all assets are present and ready for submission and to gather the assets if any are missing. The submissions coordinator will monitor coverage levels and track the status of each sku as they go live on the carrier's deck. The Submissions Coordinator will create reports containing the status of the sku and help troubleshoot any issues that arise during the submission process.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn.
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc), MS Project
- Self motivated and self reliant
Qualifications
Relocation assistance is available.
Compensation: 35 - 43K + 7% bonus
