• Systems Solution Engineer

Job Description

The Systems Solution Engineer will have a strong technical background in telecommunications and a solid understanding of RF and Microwave communications. The Systems Solution Engineer will talk with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in presenting to both a technical and non technical audiences and CxO and Sr. Management of Companies.
• Excellent Computer Skills in the use of MS Office Suite including MS-Project, Visio and TurboCAD.
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Willingness to get your hands dirty as required for the resolving of technical issues.
• Team player with a strong customer centric focus in your work ethic.
• Ability to travel on an as need basis within North America
• Work with customers in indentifying technical solutions for their business requirements.
• Development of solutions that include the selection of product, SOW, Deliverables and Development of pre-deployment testing and customer system acceptance documents.
• Responsible for validating both customer and account managers assumptions on technical solutions.
• Working with Suppliers on the selection and acceptance of products for sale with in the company.
• Level 3 Technical Support by working with our suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Provide mentoring and internal training to both sales and technical resources
• Education: BSEE or MSEE required
