As a 3G or third generation product Designer, this candidate can provide a complete RF front-end solutions for 2.5 3.5 and 5.8 GHz wavebands. Can design, and build not only fixed wireless access, but also emerging portable and mobile devices.  Over 16 years in the telecommunication industry and currently designs multi-mode handsets and multi-function base stations capable of switching between several different protocols including GSM/GPRS. WCDMA, WiMax, WiFi, Bluetooth.

• Define 3G terminal product development strategies, product definition, and roadmap planning
• Setup 3G product management team
