  • Duties were to support the sales organization in pre-sales evaluation and design, product training and demonstration, and liaison between the sales organization and the rest of the corporation.
  • Interface with the customers as the technical resource through the sales cycle.

Project Manager

  • Started as a Support Engineer.  In this position, was responsible for the installation and training of the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) product line.
  • The Support Engineer position was reorganized into an Implementation Engineer position.

  • Spearheading the development of a request for proposal for a complete public safety software system including: 9-1-1, CAD, RMS, GIS, Radio, Re-recorder, call checks, workstation furniture with chairs, and network clock.
  • Review the architectural plans of the new Public Safety Complex currently under consideration and make recommendations of all necessary plans to include human and technical resources along with funding and policy development for the newly merged center.  This process will include implementing the EMD program and extending the Fire/EMS dispatching capabilities of both the City and County.
