  • In his most recent position, he was responsible for exceeding all wireless sales, revenue/expense, ROIC and customer service goals across 8 states and 3 distribution channels (retail, indirect and business-to-business).
  • Provided strategic leadership to 4 - 6 Sales Directors and over 925 employees, including Sales Managers, Retail Store Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Support Staff.
  • Developed and implemented strategic and tactical plans for immediate and long-range profit objectives across consumer and business channels.
  • Responsible for development and growth of all sales channels, wireless network designs and local customer service activities.
  • Responsible for yearly revenue budget of $2 billion, yearly expense budget of $190 million and yearly gross sales of up to 1 million.
  • Successfully grew sales channels, resulting in # 1 or # 2 ranking in share of decisions (new gross sales) across all wireless competitors in markets served.
  • Consistently ranked as Top 4 Area Vice President across Executive Scorecard (sales, churn, recurring revenues, CPGA and customer satisfaction goals).
  • Achieved 125% of net sales targets and 130% of gross sales targets (1997 - 2000).
  • Development and execution of corporate distribution strategy through local sales programs within 120+ company-owned retail stores and over 1,700 indirect partner doors including: Radio Shack, Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club and Authorized Local Dealers.
  • Served as 1 of 5 Area Vice Presidents on Local Dealer Advisory Committee for development of 2006 local authorized dealer compensation plan.
