- Led a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, supporting over 30 wireless customers in Canada and US that provided pre and post sales support for wireless test products with an annual budget of about $ 20 million.
- A sound understanding of mobile communication technologies such as GSM, WCDMA, CDMA2000, WiMAX and LTE.
- A working relationship with most mobile handset manufacturers, carriers/providers, and wireless chipset vendors.
- A working knowledge of certification processes for wireless devices and network entrance criteria for major carriers in the US and Canada.
- Successfully tapped into software development resources within the organization and outsourcing vendors to deliver signaling conformance scripts for Wireless Type Approvals and Carrier Certification test plans for wireless devices.
