• Co-ordination and management of EVDO expansion/optimization Western/Central Florida market
• Coordinated with local Telco for the installation of NEMA boxes and managed installation of Fiber circuits for EVDO. Involving approximately 180 sites. This included installation of new antennas as well as adjusting azimuths, inclinations and declinations of existing installations.
• Developed a process and managed a project to completely rebuild the network in two counties. This worked so well that it has now been adopted in other markets.
• Also managed upgrades and modifications to existing sites, Re-roofing projects, 900MHz upgrades, Sectorizations, Shelter Adds/Swaps, System Upgrades, Power and Telco Hardening, Carrier Add, Underlay/Overlay, M/W Hops.
• Responsibilities include: Bid process, Ordering process, PO process, BP/Site Acq. process/coordination, maintaining/updating trackers, both those kept locally and on enterprise servers. Coordinating/Ordering from local and national suppliers/vendors and organizational logistics, finance, accounts payable departments.
