We are currently representing a Customer Relations Program Manager, with 14 years of experience in successfully developing and managing high technology products and services.
- Well rounded experience in market and competitive analysis, defining product requirements, building, and launching products.
- Successfully managed requirements gathering and product delivery of a Tier1 wireless carrier product, an off-board turn-by-turn navigation solution with traffic, local search and advertising for cell phones utilizing network assisted and stand-alone GPS technologies.
- Partnered with RIM for Blackberry Storm, Curve and Tour; Palm for Palm-Pre Plus and Pixi Plus and Motorola for Droid to pre-load navigation application onto device firmware.
- Coordinated application approval and launch activities across Network Security, Revenue Assurance and Product Marketing groups at Qualcomm, Verizon, Samsung, LG, HTC, HP and US Cellular.
- Supported sales and business development activities in Europe by managing requirements gathering and product delivery for user trials at Telecom Italia, T-Mobile and other carriers contributing to the overall objective of establishing presence in the EU market.
- Managed a team of 2 Product Managers focused on the China OEM/ODM market and US enterprise market leading to new revenue generation of $6M from leading OEMs/ODMs in the Asia market.
- Launched a robust software development kit compliant with industry standards for strong authentication aimed at third party software developers for the consumer and enterprise markets.
- Led program management across Verizon Wireless and Microsoft for integrating Microsoft Bing for local search and Yellow Pages advertising for ad retrieval, ad display, call to action, user action tracking and reporting.
