Installed, troubleshot, and maintained a wireless network spanning the entire Las Vegas metro area. Provided installation, site surveys and repairs on Motorola Canopy 5Ghz point-to-point radios, Lucent TurboCell 2.4Ghz, and Trango radios and antennas in our points of presence and in business/residential locations in a 35 mile range from the POPs. Installed Sprint-based DSL in business/residential locations using Cayman, Netopia, and Lucent CellPipe routers. Configured routing, installed networking, preformed break/fix, and provided maintenance and training for business and residential customers. Helped build new POP and helped rebuild the collocation and several POPs. Worked with the TAC to help improve technical phone support and general understanding of products and services.
