- Responsible for the development, expansion and ongoing management of business relationships with wireless carriers, wireless device manufacturers, application providers and companies providing systems integration to the enterprise market segment.
- Developing strategy recommendations for our senior executives and officers of the company relative to carrier actions in the market.
- Managing relationships with carrier contacts nationally to influence sales opportunities for our direct sales team.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with carriers and building brand and product awareness among carrier sales teams.
- Identifying business development opportunities that are synergistic with our services and initiating sales or marketing partnerships.
- Using my carrier relationships and detailed knowledge of carrier operations to provide guidance and carrier resource support to our sales operations and client services organizations.
- Working directly with the CEO, CFO/COO and Vice President of Sales on a daily basis.
