- Responsible for Americas Enterprise product roadmap including solutions and services such as WLAN, VOIP, E-MAIL.
- Determines and develops Go-To-Market plans (GTM). Defines and implements Total Product Offering (TPO).
- Ensures product portfolio profitability - in depth business management to create business cases.
- Contributes to forecast accuracy, and areas sales targets.
- Utilizes customer feedback (carriers, consumers, prosumers) to determine region needs and incorporate in long term portfolio roadmap for new products or services.
- Products responsible for support following technologies: GSM, EGSM, WCDMA, HSDPA, and EV-DO
- Provides leadership for staff and work teams or task forces in broad functional areas to solve complex and diverse issues.
- Interface to ODM partners for product development. In addition, works closely with content developers.
- Has successfully launched the following Nokia Enterprise products: E62, E61, and E50
