This candidate works for a worldwide leader in developing and manufacturing RF repeaters/signal boosters for wireless carriers and the public safety market. He lead the company's entry into the public safety market and developed the Services Division, which provides design, installation and maintenance services for company products. Personally responsible for OEM sales to the leading OEM's while directing overall sales to the public safety market. Along with the Director of Channels, lead a 40-member rep team to develop public safety business at the local level.

Accomplishments:

  • In less than a year, established the company as the preferred signal booster supplier at both leading public safety OEM's. Negotiated supply contracts with both OEM's. Drove the product approval process.
  • 2006 public safety OEM and derivative sales- $374K. Achieved 98% of Q1/2007 quota, on target for '07 plan of $8.25 million.
  • 2006 public safety sales thru distribution- $800K, current run-rate will exceed 2007 plan of $2 million.
  • Obtained product approval at many state and municipal agencies to drive direct sales and channel partner sales
  • Billed over $1 million in Services business in the first 4-months of operation.
  • Restructured engineering roles and responsibilities to align with individual's strengths and weaknesses. As a result, turned poor performers into valued contributors.
