- Responsible for supervision of field technicians for harvesting, installation, and maintenance of True Posiition E911 field equipments.
- Responsible for dispatching field technicians for cell site issues and provide resolutions to the customer in timely fashion.
- Responsible for the scheduling and status updates of every cell sites affected on a daily basis.
- Responsible for generating reports such as status and incident reports.
- Responsible for troubleshooting cell site issues related to E911 such as RF spectrum, GPS, hardware, software, BCCH, beacons, and cabling.
