At 2 companies he created new Intrapreneurial groups to handle pioneering technical new products and solutions which have led to 16 patents awarded (8 to me). At his current company his new group designed and are developing one of the world's largest Microsoft-based N-Tier architecture internet system to scale to 500 million users running at 10+ data centers.
The management style is people centric style with clear accountability. Developed in-depth expertise designing and developing: custom software, enterprise-wide data warehousing, storage systems, web 2.0 and Social Networking and medical records system for very large and complex systems that range from few terabytes to Petabytes of raw data converted into strategic operational information. He personally conceived and led on-shore, offshore and matrix teams of employees that developed 5 new revenue-generating database, multimedia, Internet, and storage products and new services in the last 10 years.
