Implementation Engineer
- Provide implementation and consulting leading to improvements in our client's network, telephony, and software systems.
- Manage customer relationships for voice and data services Nortel, Symposium, Genesys and Avaya CTI Integration, and IVR and PBX system Analysis.
- Senior level troubleshooting and analysis, install key infrastructure components, upgrade and provide maintenance for increased network stability and reliability.
- Revamp voice and data infrastructures of our clients to bring in-line with industry specifications and standards, perform and oversee onsite analysis providing technological and business justification for numerous network and telephony projects, and insure that that network consistently meets or exceeds 99.95% up-time.
- Deliver project controls and enhancements that establish better communications and improved stability with our clients and make necessary recommendations.
