Experience Summary:
Product Manager
- Role requires product management (in-bound and out-bound) and product marketing of Vnotes Core Platform and platform product services such as VoiceSMS and Mobile Podcasting (part of Mobile Social Networking Product Suite).
- Responsibilities include product definition and specification, market research, sales assistance, development of marketing collateral and white papers, scheduling, tracking, coordination of product development and deployment through the life cycle of the product.
- Domain expertise in wireless messaging, wireless transaction, and internet messaging.
- Experience in GSM networks launching services by internetworking with SMS-Cs and MMS-Cs of wireless carriers using protocols such as SMPP, MMS (MM1, MM4, MM7), and HTTP.
- Experience with rolling out cell phone handset client applications in J2ME, Symbian OS, Windows Mobile, and BREW.
- Experience working with wireless carriers, mobile handset manufacturers, content aggregators, and enterprise customers.
