• Managing the 800MHz band reconfiguration project mandated by the FCC in accordance to the new regulations concerning radio and wireless communication interference with emergency public safety systems.  This includes verifying and renewing FCC licenses and negotiation with UTC and FCC personnel.  Documenting cost and operational activates that will be submitted to receive reimbursement from Nextel.
• Project managed the implementation of OC3 communication connections between Beck Road, Elm Creek, and Floresville locations with the installation of high speed fiber optic and microwave mediums.  Project managing of the tower construction was necessary.  Cross functional coordination was required to provide adequate support
• Project managed the implementation of the joint effort for the call center for Entergy Corporation.  Implementation included scheduling, planning, and leading the efforts to create a virtual connection for CSR to the Entergy resources via a VPN and Citrix Client connection.  Provide support for technical issues throughout the life of the project.
• Project managed the planning, scheduling, and implementation of the ICS services for the construction of the New Service Delivery building.  Managed the construction of the building and the installation of the network and telephony infrastructure.
