Deployments include working with all the major wireless companies in domestic and international markets in the industry deploying on the average five software/hardware upgrades per year with a staff of 6-12 people. Upgrades include end-to-end process of software and hardware implementation. Job function included but was not limited to customer project planning, training, implementation strategies, and weekly/daily customer meetings covering milestones, risk assessments and upgrade procedures. Lead in the R&D lab build of the CDMA systems.
