- Direct all aspects of installation of E911 location equipment for a wireless service provider.
- Interview, hire and manage all field personnel.
- Direct technical teams (both hardware and data).
- Manage all validation testing for accuracy.
- Write and submit proposals/quotes for contract negotiations.
- Budget preparation and management for all projects.
- Define orders and track appropriate hardware and software for all markets via SAP.
- Submit appropriate documentation for collecting revenue.
- Track all accounting entities via SAP (billing, collections, exception charges etc.).
- Track and monitor daily progression of network deployment.
- Manage and direct all field and in-house trouble shooting efforts.
