Experience Summary:
Project/Program Developer
- Develop WAP and BREW applications with fully support in wireless environment.
- Responsible for content management, technical documenting, product development guide and system requirements.
- Mobile content downloading support including RIDS(ringtone, image), MMS(Media), Streaming, SMS and email.
- Billing integration and supporting for different rate plan (monthly, single or combined and complex charge).
- Data transactions between AP servers and Portal to synchronize the data.
- Complete BREW system development and implementation to successfully launch BREW services integrated with existing ASN platform.
- Provide periodic progress reports on system development/implementation activity to management.
- Review/Evaluate and Hands-on new platforms with new products.
- Familiar with CDMA 1x EV-DO/CDMA2000; TCP/IP; VoIP; Bluetooth.
- Knowledge of 3G cellular services such as Push mail; LBS; PUSH to talk; Mobile Enterprise Solutions.
