Regional RF Engineering Manager
Responsible for all phases of Rf Engineering for over 450 sites and 1,000 sectors in 10 RSAs across 6 states.
Duties Include:
- Site Selection and Design, Management of Performance Engineering Team, Capacity Planning, Link Budgets, Optimized Propagation Models (Lee and Okumura), Frequency Planning including AFP and MPE compliance.
