Coordinate and develop detailed scope of work documents; including assessments of current conditions and analysis of client needs. Develop detailed and accurate project plans, correspondence, and reports including project cost estimates and schedules; oversight of procurement and technical specifications; evaluation of proposals and bids; and the implementation of contracts. Assist clients with the design, specification, procurement, implementation, testing and management of land mobile radio system projects primarily in the public safety communications sector. Perform needs assessments, user surveys, coverage analyses, interference analyses, channel planning, system analyses, develop system designs, and generate request for proposals. Assist clients with wireless spectrum issues including FCC licensing, 800 MHz rebanding, narrow banding and 700 MHz planning. Recent client engagements include:
