• Oversee development and maintenance of internal content management and delivery systems to maintain integrity of content, and ensure successful ingestion by partners; manage content ingestion to support strategic partnerships with MTV, Black Entertainment Television (BET), all major mobile carriers, and online properties.
• Develop, implement, and manage internal tools and processes to streamline production workflow and increase weekly output of mobile products.
• Manage and direct mobile product supply chain; plan and execute all aspects related to mobile direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for the artists.
• Manage weekly mobile content deliveries, including but not limited to: ringtones, wallpapers, video ringers, and themes, to all major carriers and third party distribution partners.
• Remain current on carrier specifications and formats to ensure content availability on all handsets.
• Collaborate with marketing representatives from all major carriers and internal development team on creation of on-deck WAP features.
• Oversee development of the company's direct-to-consumer website for mobile products (getmusic.com); ensure products are available in conjunction with marketing / promotional efforts; responsible for creating all mobile storefronts and text-to-tone keywords for all labels and artists.
• Responsible for creating weekly product release schedule and communicating priorities to carriers and distribution partners.
• Manage departmental operating cost including vendor payments, T&E, equipment and supply expenses.
