Performed and led a wide range of product life cycle activities for: 1) IP-based platforms for wireless data / text messaging 2) mobile entertainment end-to-end solutions (e.g. SMS / MMS messaging, mobile gaming, mobile multimedia, telemetry). Accomplishments include:
- Product Management - defined and prioritized business and technical product requirements (MRD/PRD) and led the development and release of IP-based SMS messaging platforms for GSM, GPRS, CDMA, TDMA networks. Worked with engineering using RUP, UML, use cases, visual modeling. Contributed to reduction of time-to-market by 33% and cost by 24%.
- Product Marketing and Sales support: played a major role in the SMSC product launch, contributing to 38% increased sales. Delivered presentations (features, architecture, roadmap) to global customers and channels. Assisted sales with RFI/RFP's and demos. Improved product positioning, revising marketing message, throughput definition and benchmark testing.
- Alliances / Business Development: worked closely with global third party platform and content vendors / partners to develop specific requirements and assisted in partnership activities (identification, certification, due diligence, negotiations).

Platform was developed using object oriented software and distributed architecture (Unix, J2EE, C++, Oracle, LDAP, RADIUS, XML, web portal).
