Senior Systems Technician
Responsible for maintaining a Nationwide Network of Paging Switches. Experience in programming the Titan 5500 DACS. Responsible for contacting outside vendors when maintenance needs to be completed on external Power Equipment. Experience with Telco Circuits, which includes working with CLEC and LEC facilities on installation and troubleshooting. Experience with Unix Based AIX platforms. Provided 2nd Level Support to our Network Operations Center. Experience with monitoring alarm platforms such as PCB, Big Brother and What's Up Gold.
