Summary:
Experienced engineering professional with sizeable background in engineering/design of telecommunications networks and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) for the energy (Oil and Gas and Electric Utility) industries. Have supervision and project/program management experience in the implementation of telecommunications network projects, and SCADA projects. Have extensive overseas employment experience which included supervision of a multinational expatriate workforce (13 engineers and technicians). Recently completed a Masters degree program in Electrical Engineering in which Graduate study emphasized Electric Power Systems.

Supervision/Management
- Acted as a Unit Supervisor (of Saudi Electric Company-ERB Telecommunications Engineering and Technical Support Unit) which involved the supervision and management of a multinational workforce of 13 engineers and technicians. Responsible for budget of approx. US $ 1 million.
- Unit's activities included engineering, review of contract documents, in-process inspection, and testing and commissioning of Telecommunications projects for an Electric Utility.

- Have performed engineering, development of scopes of work and technical specifications, review of contract documents, in-process inspection, and testing/commissioning of telecommunications networks/systems for an Electric Utility (Saudi Electric Company ERB) and others.
- The telecommunications networks/systems included Fiber Optics Terminal Equipment (SDH/SONET/2 Mb per second), Fiber Optics Cable (OPGW (Optical Power Ground Wire), Underground, ADSS), PABX equipment (Nortel Meridien), VHF/UHF Radio (GE Mastr II/Tetra), DC Power Systems, LAN/WAN (Cisco Systems equipment), Pilot Cable/Telephone Outside Plant Cable, Intercom/Public Address, Microwave Radio/Multiplex (Digital and Analog equipment), PLC, GSM/UMTS Cellular Radio, and miscellaneous communications equipment.
