Experience Summary:

Member of IS&T Quality Assurance team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the testing of Internet based applications and portals on Dev, QA, Stage and Live environments. Tested applications include client/end-user applications such as the Video Optimizer as well as Server side applications such as UMA which is a producer tool used for music programming / On-line game testing and Wireless testing.
Develop and execute test plans for Web-based products to address functional, regression, performance and stress testing. Developed test cases using Empirix E-manager and Mercury Quality Center. Testing tools used for testing include - Empirix E-Tester and Mercury Quick Test Pro for performance testing as well as E-Load and Mercury Load Runner.
Responsible for Setting up testing stations which include multiple Operating Systems, Browsers, Flash plug-ins, and hardware using Norton Ghost.
Report and track bug reports though Mercury Quality Center.
Work with development and migration teams regarding software stability and release readiness.
Responsible for testing/assisting in the re-launch of Wireless, Comedy Central, launch of Overdrive - Broadband Video Channel, Logo, etc. Everyday regression and new feature testing (Manual and automated) for All digital /music sites.
