Summary:
System Staging and Configuration
- Responsible for configuration of critical emergency communications systems, computer telephony integration (CTI) based software, and peripherals that utilize ANI/ALI for enhanced 911 services including: computer-aided dispatch (CAD), MIS, digital mapping and logging.
- Setup and configuration of site specific Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) from the promoting domain controllers to testing the integrity and functionality of each emergency answering position.
- Setup of TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory and DHCP on Dell and HP servers.
- Establish line pools and trunk line types on Nortel PBX.
- Currently collaborating with in-house software developer to produce SOP for Sentinel Patriot VoIP based solution.
Technical
- Knowledgeable in CML Equipment PSAP software and Nortel BCM400 PBX
- Experienced configuring Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, NT, Windows 2000 & 2003 Server and Linux
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Adobe PhotoShop
