• Partnering with local phone companies to work as part of a team installing and configuring PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) equipment in small, medium, and large E911 centers
• Work alone providing ongoing support for existing clients
• Experience includes Zetron, Plant Equipment, and Proctor E911 phone equipment and software; Integration with POTS lines; the company's proprietary CAD, RMS, GIS, RMS, MIS, Mug shot, Fire, and Jail software; ANI/ALI interfaces; various NCIC interfaces, CTI applications; Phase II Wireless integration (cell phone GPS tracking); TDD; Mobile Data Terminals; RF integration; ASC Marathon and Mercom Digital Voice Recorders; Spectracom and RAND netclock solutions
