- Provide OSS Technical support and troubleshooting of Nokia ultrasites to be implemented with Ericsson UMTS in Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Write methods procedures documentations for scripts writing and for users.
- Troubleshoot alarms as a result of UMTS project and ensure all active alarms are dealt with a professional and timely manner, utilizing established processes and procedures
- Deal with all inquiries, trouble tickets, work orders and requests for assistance in the most efficient and professional manner possible.
- Implement Nokia Base Stations plans in the network
