Summary:
Experienced Professional as a Hardware & Software & Test and System Design Engineer in the areas of Telecommunications, Wireless and Data communications and Product development areas. This includes from product inception, architecture, systems level, design & development, implementation, testing, deploying and manufacturing. Specific areas of expertise include DSP/VHDL design FPGA, RF, Algorithms design and implementation, Automation testing design and implementation, in-depth understanding of Radio Frequency & System and Network engineering, transmission systems and cross-functional processes.
Experience Summary:
UMTS Trials and Demos RF Engineer
Responsible for the support and maintenance of UTRAN, Packet and Switch Core, for all the UMTS trials and demos.
- Hardware, software support for NodeB 2100 and 1900. Responsible for optimization, performance, propagation for NodeB on the show trailer and the UMTS demo laboratory.
- RCN support for 2100/1900 NodeB and the CPSB for HSDPA.
- Support Switch and Packet core the UMTS network.
- Responsible for software updates and modifications for the ATM PSAX system for the Laboratory and the UMTS trailer.
- Responsible for maintaining and supporting the UMTS laboratory and Demo Trailer.
- Interfaced with customers and mobility groups for UMTS testing and supported configurations for exiting and future applications
