Engagement Management

  • Responsible for service delivery, client development and account P&L during the development, launch and operational stages of multiple nation-wide mobile phone service providers.
  • Partnered with client's C-level executives and their teams to define marketing strategy, product positioning, customer experience and product design.
  • Led account teams of 10-12 technical and business solutions strategists to develop, integrate and implement the back office systems and business processes to support the client's product offering and system architecture.
