Recruited and trained self-sustaining sales teams. Contracted with outside manufacturer to build sellable products not produced by company. Placed products into T-Mobile and Cingular Certification programs. Signed new distributors and  MVNO's.
  • Enhanced sales and customer retention, delivering $10M profit for P&I Electronics. Recruited as Vice President of Sales to improve distribution of cellular phones. Hired sales force and signed 250 new cellular dealers. Introduced new products and accessories. Created activation department and procedure to minimize paper-flow.  Increased activations from 150 to 17,000 per month. Led company to position as largest AT&T Wireless distributor in U.S. and Wholesale Master Dealer of the year for five consecutive years.
  • Revitalized sales and built strategic alliances, increasing revenue 75%. Company was Nextel's only distributor but team was underperforming. Hired and trained sales team. Forged relationships with other carriers and introduced high profit margin accessory program.  Company became number one distributor for AT&T and number two distributor for T-Mobile. Accessory program realized $700K profit in first year.
  • Instituted new programs that increased Wireless Retail revenue from $75M to $90M. As National Director, introduced programs to streamline sales and marketing policies and procedures. Developed roundtable for sales and marketing, improving decision making process for front line sales personnel. Recruited, trained and mentored managers and salespeople. Instituted online network to market 5000 accessories directly, eliminating expense of product inventory. Accessory program produced $1M sales in first six months
