Brought on to take an acquired start up casual games community and develop it into a world class service. When up and running, then look into mobile extensions of company products. In the past 14 months the Atlantis community has grown into the second largest casual games community in the United States, a growing source of revenue and a source for deeply loyal customers that are being cross marketed other company products.
- Team Building: Grew a division from 2 to 28 employees made up of product managers, program managers, developer and QA groups, web designers, and community moderators.
- Product Development: Migrated the system from New Jersey to Seattle, enhanced the uptime, increased scalability, added game features, enhanced look and feel. Developed online java games in house and developed a publishing system that enabled us to increase our games offering from 45 to over 150, all with integrated chat, tokens, game rooms, player rankings etc.
- Revenue Development: Launched subscription rate plans with exclusive games and features. Added and staffed online advertising as a discipline. Increased quality of ad offerings and increased CPMs. Established ad network and developed Advertising proposals presented to potential buyers.
- Increased traffic and accounts: Built subscription plans and online advertising as revenue streams and increased traffic almost tripling user accounts to well over a million (mostly free accounts), and more than tripling the total amount of daily players.
- Mobile: In the past 3 months, determined mobile strategy, this includes licensing studio games, building a games store for the download portal, and extending the Atlantis community onto mobile phones. Within final stages deal stages with mobile publisher and in technical due diligence for mobile store. In the design stage for integrated community.
