- Reviewed the Business Development function and the sales process to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization globally. Developed the sales reporting and tracking tool. Supported the overall 2007 forecasting and budgeting process
- Launch of an interactive video application. The application consists of a fictive virtual date with a fantasy character, played by actors and actresses and is targeted towards 3G users, using rich media (video) and interactivity. The subscriber moves through 3 levels, with 3 different scenarios to solve to move on in the game. New characters are introduced every month
- Developed the internal and external business case to determine the project profitability and to negotiate revenue sharing. Projected revenues of around $3.3M in the first 12 months
- Sponsored the interactive video application project, prioritized goals and managed tasks from product architecture, user experience and technical integration, partner development and negotiation, marketing and promotion to product delivery and launch
