- Responsibilities include finance and business control for the global CDMA business and managing P/L and B/S statements including risk management and overseeing contractual structures and business activities.
- Further on driving budget/forecasting and target setting towards the global sales, supply and R&D organizations and follow up through regular business reviews.
- With the challenges of the CDMA division - top line growth and loss making - main focus areas were: i) strategy and business planning and providing leadership and in-sights to the strategic changes implemented over the last 1-2 years resulting in new set of business objectives and changes in market and product focus and ii) on cost and efficiency implementing changes in operational model and business processes aligning the division with other Group operations resulting in significant cost synergies and operational flexibility.
- Oversee IS/IT, Legal and Facilities within the business unit and the responsibility for managing executive reviews and board meetings.
