As VP o f a new group inside of the company, responsible for creating and executing a new business plan to deliver content and services to the mobile consumer via an online portal. This included:

Pitching the mobile portal business to VC's resulting in $8m in funding
P&L responsibility for $5m first year budget
Hiring and managing 15 new employees as well as external development of key technology
Filing patent (pending) for unique 'locker' technology allowing users to store and retrieve mobile content.
Initiation and closing deals with major media, consumer, and technology companies including Sony BMG, Wal-Mart, Verisign, Cingular, Verizon, T-mobile, Sprint, and others.
