As VP of Engineering, responsible for all aspects of enterprise and mobile software Development, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Product Management, and IT teams totaling over 30 professionals.

• Successfully restructured the entire US based Software Development organization and added Off-shore development capability (for the back-end as well as phones).  Expanded the team from an initial headcount of 3 to over 30 professionals.
• Successfully expanded the company's J2EE based financial back-end to include credit card processing via Pay-By-Touch, Pooled Accounts processing, and bank associations like MasterCard.
• Delivered SMS, WAP, Brew and J2ME based mobile payment application on over 100 phones as well as PDAs, Pocket PC, and RIM devices.
• Revamped the existing Brew based application to meet Brew development standards, then submitted and received Brew NSTL certification for the Brew based mobile payment application variants.
• Worked closely with carriers and aggregators in establishing, integrating and deploying SMS short codes
• Lead a joint project with AMP'd and Helio in developing and launching a co-branded mobile payment solution.
• Implemented processes to support off-shore software development resulting in substantially improved product delivery times and reduction in overall personnel costs.
