Video Production Manager

Responsible for developing and implementing an in-house mobile video & corporate video production team and department.  Managed content feeds into wireless channels.  Chose and programmed what ABC News, Good Morning America, Fox Sports, etc. video clips will go on Sprint and other mobile carriers.  Work with a team that encodes the clips, conducts daily refreshes. Has also been developing reporting to track and optimize the content and order of content to increase channel/clip viewership.

Duties

• Selecting appropriate equipment to produce and edit mobile content
• Create production and postproduction workflow
• Working with the Channel & Content Producers to ensure timely content production
• Programming & scheduling mobile video content
• Involved in the setup/automation of content ingestion process
• Prepping content for encoding and uploading it after ingestion.
• Creating reports, trend gathering, and presentations.
