Our client is a recognized leader in the wireless test and measurement space.
The Account Manager is responsible for all sales activities with both prospective and existing customers within their area, primarily Wireless Operators, Wireless Infrastructure companies, and other service providers.
You will also:
Identify sales opportunities within prospects and current customers
Develop and maintain relationships
Sell our client’s products including negotiations
Be the main contact for handling any customer issues.
Work within the organization, communicating with project managers and attending implementation meetings as needed to stay on top of customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
Give feedback to product management on customer and market product needs.
Provide timely and accurate reporting and sales forecasting
Keep abreast of market and competitive conditions and technologies.
5+ years of experience selling infrastructure related software or test and measurement related products/services to Wireless Operators.
Understanding of wireless networks and infrastructure.
Software sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
