The Construction Manager will coordinate and manage multiple large wireless network projects in accordance with company policy, client construction standards and governmental regulations.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Understand and support all Company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promote company culture.
Utilize and maintain all company mandated information systems, planners, trackers and software.
Monitor schedules and conditions of project, alert client of any delays. Prepare and report progress, problems, solutions, change orders, and other variables reflecting the progress or lack thereof. Foresee obstacles and develop workaround plans.
Provide written and verbal reports as directed. Attend all required meetings with customer, vendors, contractors and suppliers.
Prepare required reports, attend meetings and ensure all project related deadlines are met.
Conduct site-walks with landlord, client, A&E and general contractor. Document all site modifications, fiber box locations, conduit paths.
Proven working experience in construction management. Preferred experience in OSP fiber projects.
Working knowledge of cell site transport facilities ordering and scheduling, cell site modifications, antenna, power, fiber, generator and building/shelter augmentations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to write reports, correspondence and manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of personnel.
Ability to work with advanced mathematical concepts and fundamentals, ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet browsing and searching, wireless devices. Ability to learn and master new programs with ease; understanding of cloud based programs.
Record all hours worked in specified timekeeping systems.
Report all business related expenses in specified expense tracking system.
Submit weekly progress reports in Procore.
Submit daily tracking updates in Smartsheet.
Complete all required training materials.

Education and/or Experience:
Four to six years telecommunications experience.
Five years construction management experience.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience leading regular progress report meetings, documenting action items and ensuring deadlines are met.
No direct reports. Must have experience managing contractors and sub-contractors.
Extensive travel within Colorado, Utah, Idaho, overnight travel will be required.
