  • Build and lead the team responsible for global Baseline and Validation engagements
  • Under minimal direction, oversee and facilitate technical, financial and business analysis and validation of billing, invoicing and fixed and mobile telecom inventory accuracy for the purpose of establishing a baseline to measure ongoing efficiency and cost performance from
  • Oversee and provide quality checks of all engagements
  • Oversee contract catalog and service validations to establish a baseline in accordance with Company standards
  • Work with internal personnel, customers and vendors to gather information needed for projects.
  • Build and manage to staffing models to support small as well as large scale global engagements
  • Perform and produce root cause analysis reports that indicate process improvement opportunities
  • Establish and measure key validation points within the service and contract inventories
  • Establish KPI’s related to contract and service inventory and make competitor set comparisons using the Company’s proprietary product
  • Track and manage to project budgets which includes the management of all current and future invoicing
  • Develop and maintain a list of global resources who can partner with the Company on large global engagements
  • Produce and provide executive summary reporting to the internal and external teams.
  • Participate as a key contributor in client quarterly business review meetings (QBR’s)
  • Educate and drive adoption of Baseline & Validation engagements with the sales executives
  • Assist sales staff as the Baseline and Validation subject matter expert (SME)

Knowledge / Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT/Telecom/Mobility with experience in expense management, project management and vendor management
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of telecom analysts
  • Understanding of Service Guides, tariffs and vendor (carrier) portals
  • Ability to quickly learn key data validation points and perform a gap analysis up against the Company proprietary framework.
  • Experience working with large global organizations and the complexities of different countries
  • Advanced MS Office Suite and advanced MS Excel experience that includes filtering, vlookup; grouping and pivot tables
  • Professional presence and demeanor in both communications and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with limited direction and ability to understand and complete delegated tasks with superior customer focused quality
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and project management in both the business and the technical areas

Compensation: Based on Experience
