Cultivate meaningful relationships, and engage in valuable ongoing communications with, and render exceptional service to, all key decision makers, within Marine OEM and After-Market accounts in North America to make our client the ever-more preferred brand for Video and Data antenna solutions on “brown-water boats.” Leverage these relationships and the detailed understanding of each customer’s needs, to achieve sustained growth in Market Share and revenues that meet or exceed Annual Operating Plan Objectives.

This role can be performed from a virtual office and will require significant travel.
Develop and Execute a Detailed Sales Plan to achieve desired Product Mix and New Model Year objectives for every “brown-water” boat. Establish and manage the optimum timetable for product presentations, sales and factory training, sales support, event participation, for Marine OEMs and After-market to ensure exceptional trust in, and demand for the company. Achieve ever closer and more meaningful relationships with GMs, Sales Directors, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Plant Managers and Plant Foreman, Purchasing Managers and Buyers as to provide best in class service, support and response. Meet or exceed AOP Revenue Objectives.
Coordinate & Communicate Customer requirements and deadlines related to New Products and Current Products and Service Levels with respective department heads. Gather and convey relevant market needs, Competitive information and OE information related to Scheduled Audits, key Events, Developments and Personnel changes. Provide support at Rallies and Shows as appropriate.
Work with General Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, Product Managers and Business Unit Financial Manager to prepare and present formal quotes that meet the company’s margin objectives and WIN business. Hold on to and grow existing Customers while growing business from NEW accounts.
Prepare, manage and achieve annual and rolling sales forecasts by product/ account to ensure the company successfully meets complete and on-time delivery requirements.
Establish and Maintain detailed Customer Data Base and CRM program.
Compensation: Based on Experience
