The Regional Vice President, Enterprise Solutions position will be a key part of our first and new enterprise sales team and in taking the company to a new level of sales achievement. Specifically the selected candidates will be responsible for:
Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities with organizations who spend from $6 million to $700 million a year in fixed and mobile telecom services
Managing day-to-day relationships with enterprise prospects and developing a deep understanding of their business challenges and long-term business strategies.
Negotiating and closing subscription and project based deals
Maintaining a pipeline and documenting account activity and progress in salesforce.com
Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenues
Championing Company’s vision for the telecom environment with enterprise prospects and clients
Closing sales ranging from $25,000 to $2.5 million or more.
After a successful start the Regional Vice President, Enterprise Solutions may hire additional Sales Directors to help them penetrate their territories.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment is essential.
A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience or a very deep understanding of the telecom expense management or wireless mobility management industry is required.
Extensive experience hunting new business and closing over the phone
Willingness to challenge the status quo to drive significant increases in high-margin, recurring revenue.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thought and vision with the ability to articulate both
Commitment to integrity and client service
Adeptness in dealing with clients and vendors at the senior management level
Initiative, performance-orientation and organizational effectiveness
Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks
