Experience Summary:

We are currently representing an excellent Technical Account Manager, who has over 10 years of experience in product management/technical acceptance for one of the largest Handset companies in the world.

Some of his experience includes:

• Managed product acceptance schedules and customer launch strategies for CDMA handsets.
• Launched products to Verizon, Sprint, Cricket and Tier-1 customers in Latin America, India and China.
• Prioritized product acceptance issues and supervised requirements for government approvals.
• Served as customer’s advocate to R&D and Sales to assure flawless product acceptance.
• Managed customer requirements to secure more than 30 product approvals on schedule.
• Was primary point of contact for carrier’s acceptance lab, managed customer technical requirements and coordinated CDG3 activities.
