We are looking for Pre-Sales Engineers for Americas who will be able to understand the needs of the customer, pick and choose the company solution best suited for the customer, execute proof of concept for customer trials and help convince customer on the company’s solution.
Our client is disrupting the TV broadcasting market through its pioneering cloud broadcasting platform. Their fully automated broadcast services platform enables TV networks, content owners and broadcasters to create, distribute and monetize TV channels on any platform (traditional or OTT) across the world leveraging public cloud infrastructure. Our client provides a fully automated suite of services on Cloud to manage TV Networks’ entire workflow from Content preparation to full MCR.
Our client’s platform has won numerous awards and is deployed in over 40 countries. 75+ channels use their platform.

You will work closely with the sales team and win new customer accounts. As a part of this, you will be designing the solution needed for customer use case, demonstrating, running proof of concept trials and training customers on the company’s cutting- edge technology infrastructure.
The Job Entails:
Pre–sales technical presentations, interactions with customers.
Responding to RFPs, developing technical & commercial proposals in discussions with our sales team.
Setting up demonstrations of various infrastructure to potential customers.
Defining the scope and running Proof of concept trials with customers
Build relationship and work with customer’s engineering and operations team.
Understand, consult and integrate company platform with existing customer workflows.
Prepare training material, integration guides and present the same to the customers, distributors and system integrators.
Communicate customer requirements and field learnings as requirements for product roadmap to product engineering and marketing teams.
Work with application engineering team in India to integrate the solution for customer needs.
Deploy company solutions at customer/operator/data center premises and provide on-site support/integration to customers
Demonstrate& explain the company’s products at exhibitions, events and conferences
Graduate degree in Computer science / Electronics / Electrical Engineering
Total experience of 5-10 years
Ideally, 2-5 years of software/hardware development experience followed by pre-sales or customer support experience of 3-5 years
Preferably, engineering or support experience in broadcast technology domain
Customer -facing roles/functions (ideally pre-sales) for at least a couple of years would be a big advantage
Fast learning capability in new technology domains
Experience in audio/-video and cloud technologies would be highly preferred
Experience in working across time–zones, cultures and with remote support models
Very good written and spoken communication skills with flair for writing good documents.
Is persuasive and logical.
Willing to travel extensively.
Go–getter attitude and positive outlook on making the customer engagement a success
Good process orientation and diligence
Key objective is to help meet sales goals working with sales team, so consistent focus on sales closure is critical
In-depth understanding of company technology to create solution architecture for customers
Successful Hands-on integration & demo/proof-of-concept at customer premises
Clear hand-off of customer requirements/expectations to on-boarding team on successful sales closure to ensure flawless onboarding of customer.
Willingness to travel extensively/every week to meet with customers
Good team player, being able to work with sales, engineering and marketing teams
