Scope and Responsibilities:

The Managing Sales Director will continue to lead penetration within the Wireless Broadband and Distributed Antenna System (“DAS”) market throughout Mexico with the key initiatives to expand customer relationships, lead Mexico Operations and develop a go-to-market strategy for the creation of a value-added DAS services organization. In this role, the Managing Sales Director will be tasked to build and nurture strategic account relationships and position us to react to the customer’s immediate and future wireless needs, while leading and strategically growing the Mexico operations.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • A proven track record in a hunter sales role, developing relationships and generating revenue with Mexico’s government, wireless carriers, tower companies, general contractors and system integrators who require wireless infrastructure products and solutions.
  • The ability to concurrently lead day-to-day operations including: sales, supply chain and logistics, accounting, and administration.
  • Recommend operational improvements and look for creative ways to streamline operational processes.
  • A high-level understanding of the wireless distributor business model and how it drives value for the end-user.
  • Ability to form new and expand current relationships with DAS integrators, DAS equipment vendors, wireless carriers, government agencies, tower companies and enterprises, to develop a strategy that meets their wireless needs.
  • Grow sales pipeline and position us to win future business through quality of work, technical follow-up and introducing other Alliance products and services to the customer ensuring a total solution was provided.
  • Present our suite of wireless products and solutions to current and future customers to create partnerships and win business.
  • Act as main point of contact for customer technical needs and then communicate those needs to technical support to efficiently solve the customer’s issue.
  • Provide reporting and market analysis to management for areas of improvement or further opportunities.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
