Provide Quality Assurance and Program Monitoring/Oversight to the NYC Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT), and the New York City Police (NYPD) and Fire Departments (FDNY) on the 911 Emergency Communications Consolidation Project (ECTP). Responsible for tracking 10 applications projects and reporting progress at the PMO level.
